Hi

I had an order, where if removed a couple of sets the shipping would get cheaper.

I did like normal do, but now buyer says he didnt get cancelation email nor does
it say anything in his order and massage screens.

Also if I try to remove again, it say it is already in process.

Any ideas to get moving .

Sounds like the buyer needs to accept the item removal request. (Unfortunately
I don’t remember how it’s done as it’s confusing)

Yesd and normal when I do it the buyer gets an email, with link toi accept removal,
but buyer says checked all mails and message.

Did the buyer know you were removing items from the order? Have they already
paid?
