sorry I'm just trying to get this out there because I know sellers who have
this issue and it can ruin a bricklink store. I thought the more I made the more
people would see it so I can fix this issue.

sorry I'm just trying to get this out there because I know sellers who have
this issue and it can ruin a bricklink store. I thought the more I made the more
people would see it so I can fix this issue.

Don't be sorry.
It's tolerated here for a seller to have a second account for testing purposes
ONLY (no feedback sent or given, don't buy elsewhere, etc...)
So, get yourself another e-mail address, create a new account with a random name,
locate yourself any place you sell to, and try to buy in your shop.
Then fix the shop settings until you success.

As others said, try to disconnect your PayPal account from BrickLink.
Go to PayPal, disconnect BrickLink either.
Reconnect from BrickLink.
Otherwise, I don't know.
Open an help desk ticket, but it may take a long time
