Hi,

Whilst on a short holiday is it the norm to leave the store open with a note
when orders will be picked or would I be better of closing so as not to get any
negative feedback/complaints about orders taking longer. I'm new still to
the selling side and still playing about with everything on here ?

Kind regards
Aaron

I have seen a couple of different ways. Both are closing the store. Sometimes
with a note of when it will reopen. Others with the same but also a bypass password
stating that you can still make an order and they will be filled when they return.
If its just a few days to a week you can leave it open and change your terms
to a longer expected time.

Sort of depends. If I have to head out of town for a night or two (or unexpectedly)
I just put a message in the banner that I might not process the order for 2-3
days. If I'm heading out of the country for 7-60 days I close up the shop
for sure.

If it is more than a couple of days, close it.
