A Forbidden Error? That's not authorized!

It happened recently AFAIK, they'll fix it.

Try another format, like JPG instead of PNG

Follow up your VPN deactivation, by logging out and accepting the site's
"preference" cookies when logging back in.

I'd go yet further, by first clearing the history of whatever browser you're
using with BL
