| There are 2 Pegasus builds in set 41077 but they are not listed in animal air
like othe pegasus builds from other sets. Can these be added too?

Someone who has one would need to submit it to the catalog.

I have both of them. Howdo I submit them?

If you use set 76400-1 as a model, you'll note that the Thestral assembly
listed there is listed as a counterpart (thestral03). So to add the Pegasus assemblies
to 41077, you'll have to perform two steps: 1, create an assembly listing
in category Animal, Air (like you've suggested) for each Pegasus, and then
2, submit a change request for set 41077's listing adding those two assemblies
to the set as counterparts to the un-built versions.
It's important to do your best to get the submissions correct the first time,
or it will take more work on the reviewer's side and yours to correct and
verify the corrections. So read the guidelines for creating a new part listing
here:
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=71
And then create the assembly listings for each of the animals in the Parts section
of the Catalog using this link:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogReq.asp?itemType=P
I'd recommend using another assembly as a model for how you should create
those, maybe like: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=thestral03&idColor=11#T=I&C=11
I think you have to wait until those listings actually exist to submit the change
to the set's inventory, but I could be wrong. Either way, to add those as
counterparts to the set, when looking at the set's inventory screen, you
go to the bottom and check out the bullet that says, "Fill out an Inventory
Change Request (?) [ Show Inv Item IDs ] if you found an error in this inventory."
Click the ? to read about how to fill in an inventory change request, and click
the "Inventory Change Request" link to add the new parts as counterparts
to the set.
It's a bit of a process, and I'd bet you'd prefer if there were others
who could help do some of the steps, (I felt the same way before), but the site's
rules pretty much require that the submitter have access to the set to be able
to provide inventory changes and verify them.
I hope that's helpful information! From one BrickLink user to another, thank
you for your interest in continuous improvement of BrickLink!
