| So I accidently hit the F key and now I teleported away to the void and I can't
seem to find my build anymore,
Can anyone help me out?? Is there a button that teleports you back to the middle??

Highlight the whole screen area with the left mouse button. It makes all the
distant, invisible parts glow bright blue, then right mouse click on the glowing
bits and select "Pan to Cursor" and zoom in.
I'm sure there are other methods, but that works for me.

The solution is to right-click and use “Reset camera origin.”
You can also use the menu View | Zoom to Fit.
| Highlight the whole screen area with the left mouse button. It makes all the
distant, invisible parts glow bright blue, then right mouse click on the glowing
bits and select "Pan to Cursor" and zoom in.

Actually, your solution may not work.
‘F’ = Pan to Cursor
As the name implies, it moves the view to center it on the mouse pointer.
That doesn’t mean it centers or re-zoom on the selected parts.
What happens is:
— if there’s no parts below the cursor, it will center on the point on the Ground
below the mouse pointer,
— if there’s a part below the cursor, it will center on the point on the part
just below the pointer (not on the part itself, just on the bit that’s pointed).
So, if, like Boboby, you end up with an empty screen, there may be no parts to
select, there’ll no parts to show highlighted. And the selecting before right-click
+ Pan to Cursor just ensures there’s a part below the mouse pointer when you
Pan to Cursor.

It's worked for me. Not saying it will work every time, or even in his situation,
but it's at least something he could try.

Sure
I was just explaining how it works and why it may not work. As they said the
hit F and got an empty screen, there’s little chances that the scale changed
and that there’s invisible tiny pieces somewhere to select.
Also, “Reset camera origin” / “Zoom to fit” are simpler to do and should always
work (unless you’ve a lost part far far away and that leads to a very small scale
).

One has even learned where my laptop poweer button is with her butt! Anything

Does that include the part where you mention you may be a cat?
Cheers ...

Cat butts in regular contact workspace surfaces? Yeah, cat folks are out there
~This, coming from one who's son shares a relatively small living space
with two cats. I love and admire my son very much. But after having just visited
a few days at his place, I now will need to try and understand that obscure part
my boy. He does have a good deal of affection for the two furballs, which offers
the tolerance needed, I suppose?
Yeah, my share of "cat butt" exposure in my time there last week. They
seem to be especially proud of that part of their anatomy... jumping up on the
worktable I sat at, so that it was often in close proximity to the face. As if
to say "here, get a closer look" Then there's the walking around
with occasional feces stuck to their paws, from clumsy attempts at burying.
No thanks

Very good
Though fungus is more suitable an analogy for something "growing on
you" and frankly more apropos my son's younger cat, Tiberius I fact,
that's gonna be my new nickname for the hairball
