| Hi,
Im new seller with fresh store (less than 10 positives feedbacks atm) i have
proced to an hand delivery order, with paiement cash, all is initade on bricklink,
but for the seller impossible to said i have paid cause i have only the paypal
onsite method. And the buyer have only the solution to pay with paypal but i
paid me with cash.
So i can't pass the order directly to completed :/ you have solution for
it ?
And next question the offsite payment way appears automatically when i have 10
positive feedback and 3month selling ?? Or should i contact support ?

I guess that, as it was picked up, there was no taxes for BL to collect, so at
least it was legal
But on the other hand, as a new seller, BL limits you to Onsite payment methods
(and even later, you’ll only be able to add bank transfer (“IBAN”)), and you
bypassed that.
Anyway, I think only the Help Desk¹ can help you with the order status.

The second site allows to follow your tickets (even if opened the other way).
(Note that the tickets are shown as “closed” as soon as they get an answer.
That doesn’t mean they are closed / dismissed / rejected / …. It’s just how
the UI works.)

Non, les 3% de BL ne sont pas une taxe (tax) mais une commission (fee). Et les
commissions sont facturées chaque mois et indépendantes du paiement de chaque
transaction.
Quand je parle de taxes, je parle de :
— la TVA d’importation au Royaume Uni (acheteur GB, vendeur non-GB),
— la GST d’importation en Australie (acheteur AU, vendeur non-AU),
— les sales taxes aux USA (acheteur US, vendeur n’importe où),
— la TVA d’importation en UE (acheteur UE, vendeur non-UE),
que BrickLink est maintenant (2020-) obligé de collecter à l’achat.
(La taxe est collectée auprès de l’acheteur, mais apparaît quand même dans la
transaction.)
Puisque tu as fait une collecte en main propre, la vente a dû se passer en France,
donc probablement pas avec un acheteur GB, US ou AU, donc sans qu’il y ait une
taxe à collecter par BrickLink.
Et, dernière remarque, ne jamais utiliser PayPal « friends and family », c’est
interdit par les termes de PayPal pour les achats (même entre « amis ») et :
— l’acheteur perd sa protection,
— le vendeur perd sa protection (le peu qu’il a),
— et le vendeur risque d’être banni de PayPal.

D'accord je trouvai juste l'utilisation de paypal entre proche plus rapide
que par virement bancaire qui peu parfois mettre 3-4 jours

A noter à ce sujet, ce n'est pas à prendre à la légère.
PayPal ayant toutes les informations sur l'utilisateur, un banissement peut
être *à vie* (et donc dans tous les pays où il décide d'habiter) s'ils
le décident.
