| This may seem like a strange question, but here goes: Is there a way to no longer
get the emails from BL for every time a sale is made? The constant Order Confirmed
emails are so plentiful that I am having a hard time seeing the emails that I
need to pay attention to. So, is there a way to turn off the Order Confirmed
messages?

Surprising indeed as they were not working for many people just a couple weeks
ago
(And sellers would want that kind of problems: too many sales notifications
)

Sorry, don’t know. But you should be able to configure your mail agent (the
program or website you’re using to read your e-mails) to filter them / move them
to another folder automatically (and not to notify you for them if you have that
kind of annoying thing).
I would think it’s important to keep archives as BL purges everything so quickly.

1001% agree: NEVER ever destroy any electronic data related to business for a
few years minimum!
You never know, or may need to build some stats or search for something.
It could even be mandatory for businesses - read about this?

If you consider them accounting documents, in France, you have to keep them for
10 years¹: https://entreprendre.service-public.fr/vosdroits/F10029 (pièce comptable).

¹ And at least 6 years in their orignal electronic form if it’s how you received
them.

Not sure it’s clear: even if you print them, you have to keep the e-mails the
first 6 years on an electronic support. And I wouldn’t trust Google or any ISP
for that: keep local copies!

We have had similar issues with overwhelming emails. What we did was branch
off all of the bricklink emails into another folder so we still get them but
they do not overwhelm the inbox of multiple people trying to figure out orders,
uploads and other key elements for the store.

| Maybe you can redirect mail from Bricklink in designated map. So the mail is
seperated from other mail and you can have a look at Bricklink mail when you
choose and the other mail is not overwhelmed by it.

I filter everything from Bricklink into my Bricklink folder on my email service
provider - you can set yours up too. Takes it all out of the inbox
