Yes, it's that darn pesky LR 13000 counterweight still bugging me
So, BL managed to get the original listing deleted, only for the same seller
to relist the same parts right away again (allthough at a slightly lower price,
how nice of you )
And now a second seller have joined the party
Can we all play by the book here?
Cheers,
Ole

Thank you for reporting. We now have a new catalog entry:
Does anyone know if this is really a metal part like the old Technic crane hook:
|
real metal

| We will remove the listings and tell these folks there is a new entry.

| It is not made of metal
"It is cast in solid ABS, so weighs far more than you'd expect given
that pieces of this size are usually hollow or have holes in them."

The hook is though, hence the confusion
The LR 13000 counterweight is just a slab of ABS (as you mentioned)
Interestingly enough it does not conform to neither studs or bars so it's
a rather useless part compared to the old 2x6 train weight (that is 55gr in a
compact usable form, compared to the mighty 43gr for this part)
TLG could just have made the counterweight with a bunch of 3001s. It would have
been cheaper and heavier
