the yellow text in the black boxes feels out of place (the red text works well).
Where it says "Thank you for your offer." could be read by a customer
to be a form of accepting it (I've had terms be read vaguely by customers
before so its best to be clear) so something like you will respond even if its
to decline the offer
and this sentence "Please make sure your address is in PayPal/Stripe is correct."
gives me a headache trying to read it  I think you may have meant "Please
make sure your PayPal/Stripe address is correct."
but besides that it looks very good!

Instead of:
We strive to have excellent feedback, please contact us prior to leaving neutral
or negative feedback to let us know what we need to do to earn a positive feedback
from you.
Maybe say something like:
We strive to provide our customers with the best quality service. In the event
that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can make
it right.
You say: …and our handling charge is based upon the lot limit.
What exactly does this mean? I don't see a handling charge mentioned anywhere
else in your terms.
Confusing wording: All new items are new from Lego directly or Lego sets.
Maybe try something like: All new items are taken from LEGO sets or directly
from LEGO.
You say: All orders packed to minimize plastic bags.
Again, what exactly does this mean? Everything in one bag? 
Also, there are some contradictions in your terms:
Signature confirmation [is] required for orders $600 and over, this [is] $3.20.

at $3.40.
Free shipping on orders $75 or more

If this is a free part or set, please remember to mark it as such in the package,
or you may get buyers claiming you sent the wrong item in their order.
If marking a set or other item in retail packaging, please ensure that it does
not degrade the quality in any way. For a set, for instance, a carefully placed
stick-it note on a spot that won't affect resale value would be appropriate.
I would infer from your description of the free item that it's weight is
not large enough to bump the package or parcel into a different weight class,
and has been accounted for at the time the order is placed.
Hopefully you get buyers who understand and appreciate a free item or set. Unfortunately,
occasionally they do not understand what they got.

I have not had any complaints yet.  I've been doing this since my first
sale.
It is a small bag of 2 or 3 pieces of candy to ensure the package is treated
as a package and not a flat. The weight is insignificant and if it does bump
it up to the next range, I take care of the difference, that has only happened
once in 3600+ orders.

Your tagline says "NO EXTRA FEES" but then in your terms you have fees
for insurance and signature confirmation. I know what you mean (you mean no lot
fees, no PayPal fees, no BrickLink fee-fees, etc.) but it might be confusing
to the newb buyer.
