Not credit card related, but yes I had a tough time with Paypal's API, never
wanted to pay with the BL checkout. Had to do a manual transfer.

| Paypal is trying to force me to add a bank account, I have been with Paypal for
23 years and have always used the same credit card and now they are saying I
must draw funds from an account.
Are there any other methods to pay here in North America other than etransfer
or Paypal?

Stripe; it'll do credit card processing at checkout, but not all sellers
are setup for it.
