This change is to reflect the fact that 15456 is the version in instructions (or at least the instructions I have and the version at lego.com: https://www.lego.com/cdn/product-assets/product.bi.core.pdf/6071649.pdf )

The original inventory was accepted on Dec 11, 2013, from Sealed Set Contents,
but the newer version of the part was added to BrickLink just a few days later
on Dec 16, 2013. It is very likely that the original inventory that was accepted
always had the newer version of the part.

I also have not found any evidence that this set ever came with the older version
of the part. All set reviews (both photographic and in videos) that I have looked
into from shortly after this set was released all have the newer version of the
part. Thus I have manually removed the older version of the part from the inventory.

If any evidence in the future is provided that supports the set originally coming
with the older version of the part, it can be added again.
