Can I sell a home printed instruction manual of a set that excists not a MOC
on Bricklink (pdf file)
and after payment send a WE transfer link...

The bricklink Antique Fire engine manual from 2019,these sets came with a printed
manual but is not available online for download,so i would scan my manual and
offer a PDF

Peeron and the likes have (had?) special permission to make available scans of
older instructions for free.
