| Hello!
I have four Star Wars dioramas and I'm just building the last one...the Throne
Room.
My Emperor looks odd...the clothes are different and the head is definitely not
the correct one. He should have two facial expressions, but only has one...looks
like an orc or a Marvel villain.
Now as I am comparing pictures online it seems that my Luke Skywalker looks different
too.
Or are there different versions? I bought my set in Austria some months ago.
Luke's hairstyle is a bit different and lighter...and the top-left part of
his clothes has something the online photos don't.
Any idea what happened? Should I contact Lego to get a replacement?
Please ignore the light on the faces because of the light in my room...but it
is clearly visible that there's something wrong.

| Those are both definitely fake. There are no authentic LEGO minifigures that
look like that. I would contact the seller about this if I were you.

I have the actual set, bought it sealed with others in an official Smyth Toys
shop so I don't think they sell fake parts.
Do you know this wrong Emperor? Is it a different minifigure?

does the top of the head and torso have the logo on it or any of the parts?

That is definitely a custom Emperor. A quick google search found several sites
selling that mini-figure and stated it was made with Lego bricks, but not a Lego
product.

Amazon scam set assembled. One piece was missing (on the left)....I got a small
grey one though...used for the lasers of X Wings in Death Star Trench Run.
Darth Vader is ok, Luke is a bootleg fig (wrong hair, no Lego logo, slightly
different torso)...and the Emperor looks completely different with clothes, hair,
hood and fake lightning.

I was wrong...I did not buy this set off Smyths Toys, but off Amazon...but the
official Amazon...shipped and sold by Amazon, not someone else.
I also bought a Fender guitar and another Star Wars set, the Death Star Trench
Run.
Both Star Wars set have a sticker on them...LPN HE...so it is an Amazon refund
sticker... 
The Death Star set had wear on the box.

What can I say?
Return it / complain to Amazon. Make the maximum you can. If it's some time
ago it won't help you, but at least something's written somewhere, that
may help the next ones.
Ultimately please consider Friends, it's more peaceful than SW, and there
is very probably less cheats/fakes around this theme

They always used to claim (here) that returns were not sold on the main site
again but either palleted up and sold through liquidators or sold as an amazon
warehouse item.
