Hi,

The part upside is not a LEGO part.
The part downside seems to be LEGO.

Be careful, even if the LEGO logo is not on every parts, if you don't see
it, it could be there

Surrounded in red, the LEGO logo.
Surrounded in purple, the part number.

Even if there is no Lego logo at all it can be real.

Agreed - but also the quality of the plastic may give you a hint.

If it bends easily, seems "soft" or doesn't snap well to a known
LEGO Brick/Technic, then it can be suspicious.

Apart for parts that LEGO themselves make purposely with a softer plastic, like
Minifig swords for ex.

after magnifier inspection I got:

top item: No logo, one number: 694-01

bottom: No logo, many single-digit numbers in varios crevices, like 1 3 5 7,
and a (C) for copyright.

still no idea what brand is the topmost, but 694-01 seems a format XXX-YY never
used in Lego history, uh

There has been a lot of news about China opening police stations in the US, tourists
who are really spies, buying farm land around our military bases and missile
silos.
And then there was the North Korean spy going out with Lenard.
