How can a store have a 98.44% approval rating & no feedback for the last 6 months?

Then you look at their reviews from last year and they don't look good.

I have had no contact or orders from this store, I'm just asking as something
doesn't seem right.

FB doesn't reset after 6 months.

They could have experienced a medical emergency (or other family concern) that
left them unable to attend to their store for several months. Most of the stores
on BL are likely run by one person (maybe 2), so personal matters can greatly
hinder the store's ability to operate.

Why are you 'outing' a store? You could have asked the same question
without giving any details about the actual store identity.
