There has been no orders in almost two months. Am I doing something wrong?

The trick is to list, list, list. That’s the only way to get more sales. Sales
become more consistent once you get closer to 10k lots

I have often seen the similar comments as noted above, that you just need a bigger
store. However, I find such advice not very practical. Your competitors are
essentially telling you just to invest more. Usually there is a suggestion to
lower your prices as well.

I don't have the secret formula, and am still relatively new here. What
I look for in a store is having enough of what I am interested in (at relatively
inexpensive costs) to justify shipping. To that end the small stores I find
usually have a better than average selection on a particular theme. Specialization
can compensate for trying to do everything. Even the largest stores don't
have the best selection in a theme.

Andrew

From experience we know that ones you are above 10.000 items orders come more
often, that is all.

Same goes for lower prices, small stores often have lower prices to attract buyers.
Lots of buyers buy via their wanted list and that shows the stores with the most
parts they need.
And those are often bigger stores…..

My 2 cents,
Maxx

You either don't have enough stock for buyers to justify placing an order,
or you prices are too high (for the level of stock you have), or more likely
a combination of the two.

Are you parting out sets? I see both used and new. One question, several parts
you have 2 new and 2 used. Are you parting out one set at a time?
You know the old saying, it takes money to make money. It helps as long as you
spend it the right way, to have the ability to build your store faster than if
you just used the profits to build it.
Pretty much what everyone said. The more parts/lots you have the more sales you
will get.

Yes. In the past I have parted out New sets but now I mostly process Used bulk.

I can't see anything wrong with your store. Your terms are clear, and reasonable.
So, the good news, is that you are not doing anything to put people off.

But your stock of inventory is limited, and that will make it harder for people
to find your store, or to find the items they need in your store. It also helps
to have some highly desireable parts to attract orders. For example, stock up
on minifigs in popular themes.

There is nothing wrong with having a small store, or with growing your store
gradually.

Finally, I think you should look at something in your terms. Packing in "1-4
days" isn't really expedited in my opinion. Many sellers pick orders,
and also ship, within 24-48 hours. The way it is written, it looks as if it could
take up to four days for my order to be packed, plus another three days to ship,
for a total of 7 days. That might be a concern for a potential buyer.

Thanks for the feedback! Changed the terms.

That’s exactly how I read it too; up to a total of seven days to ship. Expedited
to me means the next possible shipping deadline within reason. But if the price
is right, I don’t mind waiting.

Generally folks are buying an average of 15 pieces per lot from me over the past
6 months. ~23,000/1476 so diversify your inventory, but also keep loading up
on stuff you already have. I think the most I sold of any one part was 1,900
1x1 round plates.

I'm also still pretty new but when I started I had a low min buy at first
too, and wasn't getting any sales. After about a month, I removed the min
buy and got my first sale. No way to know if it was related or not. But it's
something to consider. Hang in there!

To Upstate Brickz,
I was just poking around YOUR shop.

Mebbe it's just me, and I ain't even British, but your use of the term
"Right into the Bin (for storage)" made me laugh a bit.

It may not be the best word to use here. Into the bin often means disposing
of rubbish (trash or garbage in American English). And I know you don't
mean to refer to Lego as Rubbish.
