* Add 3 Part 3794a Blue Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with 1 Stud without Groove (Jumper)

Wouldn’t it be easier to just change the part type with one entry? No need to
delete and add, right?

ah probably but its more fun to do it this way (unless its more work on the admin
side if so I can try the other way)

It's two clicks to approve the changes instead of one. Not a big deal.
