I was wondering whether there is a problem with the BrickLink mails. Are they
deliberately delayed or is there another problem? I'm not receiving order
confirmations and invoice copies immediately after orders are placed. Both for
orders I place and orders I receive. I now sometimes have to wait a whole day
for these messages to arrive. This wasn't the case until a few weeks ago.

The blocking or delaying of messages is most likely caused by your email provider.
Email from BrickLink frequently gets flagged or dumped in junk folders. You can
try greenlighting the blservice account. Or perhaps switch to a mail provider
that's less picky.

I have this too, some emails come through and sometimes I never see an expected
email. I just rely on what is shown on my BL home page rather than look for an
email telling me this or that.
