| Due to seeing the Red box in the price guide (i.e. this store does not ship to
you) I decided to poke around and investigate.
And, I found this open shop with no new added inventory and no orders or sales
since November 2021. The real oddity is the banner message:
UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP *NO ORDERS WILL BE FILLED WHILE WE RECONCILE INVENTORY
The banner message might be indicating a TOS violation, so if there really is
transfer of ownership, they should do it without announcing it, especially for
over a year.
If their "reconcile inventory" is complete, I have to wonder if someone
is just sitting there waiting for new orders to come. That will never happen
without at least one Shipping Solution.
It is just the oddity of the day, I guess.
I am just happy that none of their existing prices appear to be screwing up the
price guide.

If you look in their "Terms and Conditions" Page it looks like they are
in the process of trying to sell their store and inventory, and that the inventory
is only "Viewable" and not purchasable here on BrickLink.

Okay, so I didn't investigate fully. I missed the Terms page.
After reading their terms page -- YIKES -- all parts from busted sets
are stored per the set they came from. What a nightmare for any potential buyer.
That only adds to the oddity part, I think.

I remember a couple stores using that “organization” as an “explanation” why
they “couldn’t” consolidate their lots.

I did that when I first started my store. It didn't last long, and made things
a real pain when we switched to a more sensible method.

I always suspected that is what caused Shakey Shuffle to implode and, eventually
get shut down and booted from BL. (YAY GOOD RIDDANCE).
Shakey Shuffle was known for uploading parts from newly released sets pretty
much on day one. And all customers experienced HUGE, endless delays (coupled
with apologetic emails full of excuses instead of working to pack up the orders).
Some buyers, if they were patient enough, were very generously compensated by
Shakey Shuffle (like free shipping and 50 percent off coupons for Another order,
which of course would also be delayed). But most of their customers were very
unhappy. Shakey Shuffle spent too much time with her fat butt sitting in a chair
and begging unhappy buyers to remove or not leave NEG Feedback instead of either
fixing their storage system or picking, packing, and shipping orders. SS also
was guilty of changing the Order Shipped date on screen day after day instead
of actually shipping to try and stave off NSS claims.
Whenever I find shops that do not consolidate, I am tempted to put the screws
to them by ordering every last piece from the largest lots to see how they handle
it. I cannot imagine how much work it would be to find 18,000 Black 1x2 plates
stored in 15 different places -- especially if they are still in the original
Lego bags from sets that have never been properly parted out. But, if that's
the way some shops wanna try and operate, I say screw 'em! No Sympathy from
me.

Yikes! ANd i thought it was bad when I uploaded sets that were still on the

We have bought other stores which have done this. They close and leave the inventory
available to us while we went through their material.
It makes it much easier to do a visual inventory on a "closed store"
then upload all of it once any issues have been resolved.
We just purchased an Ebay seller and they were able to give us an entire inventory
from their operation and 20 boxes of LEGO goodness that we need to get through
in the coming months.
Bricklink is easier when you have a "sand box" to work with, of course
