| Hi all,
I am wondering how to solve the next experience. I have sent a box with Lego
and instructions to a buyer in an other country, but the buyer is telling me
that he has not received the box. How do you make it up with your client?
Greetings,
Erik

Hi,
No proof of delivery?
What country?
How long ago?
Maybe it’s “taking a rest after its long journey” in the Customs offices?

In Europe, afaik, it's usually the sender that has to ask the carrier to
research what happened. I had it once with a package that vanished on the way
to Hungary, so I had to file a complaint with the post office, got the refund
from them, and then refunded the buyer. It might depend on the carrier though.
(Before the whole paperwork I also asked the buyer to check with their post office,
to make sure it wasn't stuck there, which is a possibility of course. It
wasn't in that case, unfortunately.)
Good luck with yours!
Patrick
