| Building 10198 and ordered a couple 45410 from seller in the Netherlands (I'm
in US). Received order and was sent two 45410pb03 instead. These have the stickers
from set 7897 applied.
I informed the seller that they sent the wrong part and that if I wanted 45410pb03,
I could have bought them much cheaper in the US and that I specifically ordered
from him for the non stickered 45410. His reply was "I do not think there
will be any damage or discoloring if you take the stickers from it." Again,
I bought non stickered parts, why should I have to remove the stickers and hope
there is no fading or residue.
I informed the seller that was not acceptable and now they are ghosting me.
What should I do now? Never had a seller send the wrong piece and not offer
a refund right away.
Thanks for looking.

If I received this I would email the seller, tell them about the sticker/non
sticker issue so they could update their inventory. Then remove the stickers,
use as intended and not worry about such a trivial issue.

| If these weren't white pieces I would agree with you, but in this case i
think the OP has a valid concern.

| I've seen sellers state in their terms that used pieces may have stickers
applied. Is that the case here? If not, remove the stickers and if there is fading
send photos. Seller might see things differently if the pieces are in fact faded.

| It is always the seller's responsibility to ensure their inventory matches
their store. If these were not the items as described then the seller is at fault
and they should send you the correct parts. If they do not have the correct part,
they should send you a full refund.
I would reach out one more time and inform the seller that you will take action
via BrickLink if an amicable resolution can not be resolved between you two.
Better to give the seller every opportunity to address the mistake before taking
action.

I'd take the stickers off and look to see if there is any damage that is
at a level that should have been described by the seller if he had removed the
stickers himself.
Buying a non-stickered used version doesn't guarantee that you will get a
part that has never been stickered in the past.

| See if I understood this correctly:
In your order - shipped from the Netherlands to US - you got the right part,
in correct color but they had stickers in them. So instead of peeling those stickers
of and check that the pieces are undamaged (witch they will be in 99,99%) you
think it’s a better way to solve this matter that the seller sends you a new
packet - from the Netherlands to US - with another bricks without stickers...?
And this before you even tried to peel of and check the bricks?

| Buyer wants what he paid for?
A part he specifically went out of his way to get and paid a lot for to boot?
Very unreasonable!
White parts that old with stickers pretty much _always_ leaves a discolouration
marks when you peel of the sticker
Oh dear, I guess your shop just got least favourited a bunch
Cheers,
Ole
