| Hey all,
I've been wondering for some time now: I have a bunch of old railroad ties
that came with the blue tracks back in the old days, these things:
And they all look so incredibly ratty - discolored, corroded, edges rounded as
if they had been stonewashed; they always look like that, and they always look
a lot worse than old 3034s in other colors, and also worse than other white parts
from the same time. Was there something special about those, were they made from
softer plastic, or what is going on here?
(If you're wondering: Yes, that's where my mind goes when I'm kneeling
in front of the bathtub, mindlessly washing flea market Lego pieces...)

| Maybe they just saw heavier use? If they were CA they would be less discolored
than ABS (but might also be warped)
