| I'm just wondering if I should keep an eye out for certain stickers (applied
to pieces) from used lots before I wash them and destroy the sticker.
I mean stickers that usually sell for a higher than average amount for a sticker.

I do look out for those. Newer stickers can usually survive a bath, if you don't
soak them for several days, but before, ahm, not sure, 2000 roughly?, they were
made of paper, so they go away when wet.
From a strictly economic point of view the price of stickered parts is probably
not worth the extra work time needed to filter them. They don't sell fast,
but when someone needs one, it makes me happy - I'm myself looking for a
few stickered parts missing from my childhood sets, they are not easily found
in good condition...

Depends on the sticker condition... if it’s decent I’ll list the brick with sticker
and usually grade sticker condition and placement on a 1-10 scale in comments.
If you’ve ever been after a sticker, it’s great to see stores that sell the bricks
with them and if they are good, bad, ugly etc.
