| Dear Bricklinker
Just a general question of preventive blocking a buyer from my store, as prior
joining Bricklink I had some transactions with that buyer and he always tried
to cheat on the payment or complained about the prices.
Can we just cancel a transaction and block him to avoid facing the same problems?
Please advise how I shall handle his order or request for a cancellation?

If you have already received the order then there is no way to block it. You
would have to cancel the order if you don't want to sell to him... of course
this opens you up to getting bad feedback which I would say is quite likely in
this case. Maybe better to supply the order, see how it goes and stoplist the
buyer for future orders if you have any problems.

Thanks for the advice it seems that he won’t pay for the order anyway, should
I wait for NPB then?
But still the negative feedback will stay?

Complete the NPB if they don't pay. Then they cannot leave feedback. And
if they have, it will be removed.

As a seller you can cancel any order. However, you must then expect to receive
a negative feedback.
I would process the order properly and then block the buyer.

Yes, only a completed NPB can protect you from a negative feedback.

calling me a Clown and now he sends very rude messages! Calling me all possible
names !!!
