| I've been selling on BrickLink since 2010, mostly 'bricks' rather
than sets, however I have started listing some expensive sets which I don't
want to sell outside of the UK due to issues with claiming for loss/damage in
transit and potential for 'new' buyers to scam me and claim back their
money via PayPal. However I would still like to sell my other items as widely
as possible.
Is it at all possible (or could it please be considered as a change to the system
if not) to set some parameters surrounding the maximum value order that a seller
is willing to process to a particular country and or buyers with a minimum level
of positive feedback ratings?
Although I have order limits that I'm happy to sell at in my T's and
C's, splash page and in some cases in the description of specific items,
I still have too many buyers ignoring them and placing orders, which I then have
to cancel, which can then cause issue relating to negative feedback.
Any ideas / comments would be welcome.

Yes, all shipping methods include the possibility to have a limit on weight,
size or value - and you can limit on Countries also.
| and or buyers with a minimum level of positive feedback ratings?
|
No, except negative FB rate, it's a parameter in your shop settings.
But only negative FB rate - you can't restrict to 100 and over for example.

| I don't use instant checkout as it's far too complicated for the items
I sell and I assume shipping methods are to do with that. What I'm really
looking for is to be able to set a value limit for certain countries and those
with limited positive feedback, would anyone else out there find this useful.

Create separate a separate shipping method for international buyers and add a
weight and/or value restriction
