Search for Nougat Sets in the Color Guide.
Just look at 2022 sets.
You will find many sets which actually do not include any Nougat pieces ..

Nougat is not Medium Nougat.

A famous example for those beautiful nougat bricks is 71741, Ninjago Ciry Gardens.

Look again and you will orobably find that you are wrong. If you are choosing
sets that contain nougat parts from the colour guide then you also need to look
at the minifigures too before saying their are no nougat parts. Many Friends
sets contain nougat parts in the minidolls but no actual nougat bricks.
