Hi, Im trying to check out on a store and I have been given the error 'Order
Restrictions Not Met' and "Your order does not meet shipping method's
order restriction.".

The order will weigh upwards of 650 Grams and the shipping method is 'DHL
Parcel up to 10kg only GB' so there's nothing wrong there unless its
the dimensions of the boxes.

The store says (at the top between 'Avg Lot Value' and 'Lot Limit'
) minimum order amount is 25Euros and my order is worth 50Euros. But on the cart
page before you proceed to checkout the box says 165Euro order minimum.

Is this a bug in the store I need to tell the owner about? He's German and
I don't think he knows much English I don't want to bother him over a
small order. If anyone has come across this issue before please let me know how
to get around it if there is a way. Thank you

It's possible that his store minimum buy is 25 while his minimum buy for
your country is 165.

Makes sense if they want to avoid problems with UK VAT: below £135 (ca. €160),
BL has to collect VAT.
That causes two difficulties:
  1. the payment must be through PayPal Onsite or Stripe,
  2. the seller has to fill the paperwork correctly otherwise the buyer may have
to pay the VAT again at reception (at least, that happens a lot the other way
around, when a EU buyer buys out-of-EU, and that’s enough to worry about it for
UK too).

That's slightly odd. I assume Sylvain is right and this is intended to avoid
the seller having to deal with UK marketplace VAT issues, but I've never
come across a store handling it in this way - normally you'd see a banner
on the store main page that tells you the seller only ships to your country for
orders over £135, which makes it easier for everyone to understand what's
going on.

You'll probably just need to find a different seller in this case unfortunately.

You only see that banner when a store doesn't have an onsite payment option
(in that case sellers are not allowed to sell to the UK below GBP).
This seller has PayPal Onsite, so no banner generated by Bricklink.
So to avoid the VAT issue Sylvain meant, the only way is to set a minimum for
the UK.

Seller's Shipping method for the UK:

€ 21,00 for DHL Parcel up to 10kg ONLY for great britain - you can add LEGO up
to 9500 Gramm, 500 Gramm are reserved for shipping Box and Paper. Insured up
to € 500,- and tracking Minimum buy : € 150,-

I think they realised it was too low and changed it to € 165, without changing
the info in the shipping method.
