Is that number correct? The instructions for 4209 are available for free from
Lego - https://www.lego.com/en-gb/service/buildinginstructions/4209

What help do you need?

You can already import the set into Studio, howeve some parts are not available
(stickers/patterned parts mainly).

It's simply a case then of putting the parts together, following the instructions.
Missing parts will be replaced by plain parts (without patterns/stickers).

Or do you want someone to actually build it for you too?

I found it very difficult to use flexible pieces

Everybody does. Studio is rather poor when it comes to these parts.

Indeed.

A few tips:
1. You can turn the ends with the arrow keys (like other pieces), holding Shift
changes the angle from 90° to 45°.

2. Let the piece settle down after a move/flex before exiting the flex tool.
(You may also choose not to let it settle down by exiting the flex tool as fast
as possible.)

3. Turn around the build to get a better view & action angle.  Multiple times.

4. If you need the same piece more than once, make clones.  And you can make
mirrored clones with the Copy & Mirror action link in the status line (at the
bottom of the building area).
