Go to your Orders Received page. Add in your shipping and handling charges in
the little boxes, then click the send invoice button.
Check your store for items that do not qualify for IC.

Thanks for the reply, I know how to send an invoice but I specifically stopped
using them because I don't have time to do them any more with my full time
job. I looked and I couldn't find anything that didn't qualify for IC
but I'll check again!

There should be columns of little symbols on your Orders Received page. Hover
over them until you find the one for Send Invoice.
I can’t think how entering 1 or 2 numbers and clicking 2 buttons takes so much
time, but I hope it all works out for you!

Thanks the reason wasn't the input it is that I'm out of town a lot so
I don't have the time to wait for payment after the invoice is sent to be
able to ship out in a timely matter With instant payment I can plan my shipments
for when I'm out of town! But I still don't understand how someone was
able to request an invoice that the main issue.

Ah, sorry, I misread your statement about sending the invoice.
If you are certain that you have every possible dimension covered in your shipping
methods and have double-checked your inventory, then there is not much else you
can do. BL is buggy sometimes…I would just roll with it.

If you are certain that you have every possible dimension covered in your shipping

It could be there's nothing currently in your inventory that doesn't
qualify for IC, but there could be something in the order (and therefore no longer
in your inventory) that doesn't qualify.

Thank you, that was extremely helpful. I had one item that I had added yesterday
so I removed that from inventory!
