| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Change 1 Part Red {bb0067 String Reel Winch 4 x 4 x 2 with Metal Handle (Red Drum) to bb0067a String Reel Winch 4 x 4 x 2 with Metal Handle (Black Drum)}

I believe the change to red drum happened between 1971-73

I was working on these winches also and you might be right about the black drum,
but what makes you think the set didn't come with a red drum?
Please don't forget about how we think of catalog- , box- and instruction
images as evidence. It's not always correct.

I was working on these winches also and you might be right about the black drum,

This part (with red or black drum) was used for one single set in 1969. After
that, it was used for few sets in 1971, few sets in 1972,...
We can agree that the black drum is the early version and sets released in 1971
got them with black drum.

There is a tendency to accept the parts already in the inventory to be correct,
without any evidence.
I think we need some evidence to include this part with red drum as alternate.
Until then, it should not be included.
