| Hello, I need boxes to ship out certain parts once I upload them to my store.
The biggest part I have is a 16x16 plate. What would be the best lightest and
cheapest bulk boxes to buy?

Consider bubble mailers. That is how I would ship a 16x16 plate.

I buy EcoSwift boxes for most things. (bought off amazon usually) They seem too
thin, but once they are all filled and taped up, they are plenty strong.
For larger boxes, I use BOX USA. 10x8x4 is a convenient size. I also have some
12x12x3 for full-size baseplates.
The prices of shipping supplies sure has gone up in the last 2 years!
Good luck,
Jen

99% of my first class orders can fit in bubble mailers, 4x4x4 boxes, and 5x5x5
boxes. 16x16 plates can fit in the 5x boxes if placed diagonally and if only
a few are bought. We buy the boxes from Uline or Ebay.

As already mentioned, bubble mailers are adequate for most orders. Even with
recent price increases, when bought in wholesale cases, the unit price for bubble
mailers made with kraft paper can be less than 30 cents each, depending on the
size.
I use a lot of self-folding crush-proof boxes, too.
The sizes I use:
6 x 4 x 2
6 x 4 x 3
8 x 4 x 2
8 x 4 x 3
