Question for the masses here... I've used services like Blurb to print my
custom lego instructions so I can have the look and feel of legit Lego sets.
The issue is Blurb and other services are too rigid on their book sizing.

Does anyone or has anyone thought about purchasing printable instructions through
a printing service for the Bricklink Designer Sets so it can fit in the box?
The PDF instructions are 11 x 8.5 so they'd need to be reduced to a size
around 7 x 9 to fit. Thoughts?

Not sure what you meant but yes I'm aware of the PDF document for the sets,
I'd like to get this to a physical print to hold.

We do it often for small series.

We "simply" (note, it can be VERY complex - CMYK/RGB/Pantone/Fonts/Resolution/Layers...)
provide a (HEAVY) PDF to a pro Printer who also makes and prints the boxes.

No idea the current prices are, and they're VERY depending, but count on
a few hundred $$$ for say a hundred box+Instructions - good quality.

Again, it's prices here, and depends a lot.

Otherwise, for just Instructions, maybe you've a shop/service/cyber café
where you can bring an USB with a PDF and make them print on Letter paper in
Color?
