| Hallo,
Noch steht in meinen settings "Distance selling is disabled".
LG, Marion

Hello Marion,
Please check the recent FAQ about this here:

You are only required to register if you surpass or are expecting to surpass
the threshold.

| Hi Sergio, there must be an missinformation about the threshold of distance selling
from Germany. Somehow this is not true with the indication of €10000,00 euro.
The limit is currently €100000,00 euro. Take a look here at the German Customs.
https://www.avalara.com/vatlive/en/eu-vat-rules/distance-selling/distance-selling-eu-vat-thresholds.html
So there is still a lot to be corrected here.
Best Regards
Nick

You’re confusing two thresholds:
1. The national threshold that defines when a business has to collect VAT from
their total sales, national & international (the table you point to).
2. The intra-EU threshold of €10,000 that applies to intra-EU sales
only.
or two periods:
1. Before July 1st 2021, a business had to check with each EU country they sold
to if they were above the threshold of that country and register in that country
too.
2. From July 2021, there’s a unique and common €10,000 threshold and the possibility
to use a unique point of registration (One-Stop Shop, OSS).
(That means: if the sum of all your sales to France, Belgium, NL, etc., is above
€10,000, you need to register to the OSS and collect local VAT for those country,
even if you’r below your national threshold for VAT collection.)
It’s even in your link: “On 1 July 2021 EU ecommerce VAT package will withdraw
the distance selling thresholds.”
The rest of the site is obsolete.
Look it up on the official sites, or at least sites that are up-to-date

The linked website is not from German customs. It is from "Avalara", whatever
that is. Don't trust any website you find. The linked website shows the old
thresholds for each EU country from which a seller had to register in the corresponding

because above the list you find the information: "On 1 July 2021 EU ecommerce

euro. Die Grenze liegt aktuell bei €100000,00 euro. Schau einmal hier beim Deutschen
Zoll.

Was heißt das dann
