In the Inventory screen, I set it to show all lots that were both Added and Not
Sold in the past 1500 days, basically anything that hasn't sold in four years
or so. Is there any way to download just that list of items so that I may apply
a sale to them in Brickstock?

BrickStore has a column "Last Sold" you can create your desired list there directly
