request to remove the alternate window with normal lips because those were
first produced sometime between 1972-4.

Based on G. Istok's comment and photo on facebook:

"The USA/Canada Samsonite version of the 342 Train Station set had just a
plain full stud green baseplate (different from the box top), while the European
version had the special 16x32 baseplate. Also (despite the Cypress tree shown),
the USA/Canada set had a Samsonite unpainted green Pine tree, instead of the
painted Cypress tree.
"

In the photo uploaded, the tree is incorrect. Based on the following listing,
we can trust G. Istok's comment.

Would you please remove the change requests, which are Samsonite related
and add these 3 sets (340,341,342) as Samsonite Model Maker sets to the catalog?!

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogListOld.asp?searchMethod=searchBoth&q=&catType=S&itemYear=&catID=432&catLike=W

The reason that these are listed separately is because of all the 'Samsonite
only' parts, like: baseplates, trees, bushes, gray waffle plates, 1x6 and
1x8 bricks, 1x2 plates, decorated bricks, etc. etc. Windows and Tires are also
different, but not listed in the catalog so far. In fact all bricks and plates
are different (other Lego logo's on studs).

The other change request were approved.
