Attached is a photo of a weird-looking LEGO head I found when sorting. It is
definitely one of these, except for the perfectly-shaped dollop on the stud:

Parts: Minifigure, Head {Yellow}

Has anyone seen this before? The dollop is perfectly-shaped, like it came out
of the factory this way.

Also, if anyone is interested in buying this, please message me and I will create
a custom lot for it.
