| So we are usually fairly good at identifying or at the least
Finding figures and bits but this one has us scratching our heads.
We have found kcf21 which is very close however the keyring we
Have has the lego logo on the back and kcf21 doesn't.
Is there actually a listing for Albert with the lego logo on his back?
Any insight much appreciated.

Likely the 1985 succession to the catalog’s KCF21 from 1984?
Examples can be found:
Not empirical input by any means, I've no experience with these items. They
are very cool, though.
