Trying to find items in our inventory and it shows 'no items found'
You can see in this example on the screenshots:
1- Duplo Minifigures available in our shop to buy
2- the main inventory screen showing we have 142 Duplo Minifigs in 14 lots
3- when we try to edit our quantities the screen is showing 'No Items Found'

This is happening across a few categories (all the Duplo ones)

Please help! who should we contact?

In Technical Issues, Heartbricker writes:

I am having the same issue. It is very frustrating and I do not know how to get
it straight.

Have the same problem. Did you hear of anything new?
