| Hello! I made a NSS report after a month after brick steine did not send my order
nor answer my messages, how long does it take to get reimbursed?

Unfortunately, an NSS will not get you a reimbursement. You will have to file
a claim with the service that you used to make the purchase (paypal, Stripe...)

As stated above. File a claim through your payment method ASAP. It seems like
they’ve gone off the rails based on recent feedback.

If I read their negative feedback well enough I guess they are in some kind of
trouble, maybe sick or in any case something bad. Or they suddenly went rogue,
that is of course also possible.
All their negative feedback started close to or most of the time higher than
17200000.
In any case, something went wrong in a very short while, that doesn’t sound well.
Is there a German seller that lives nearby or has any kinda relationship with
this seller that might check up on things?
I feel sorry if this seller got sick and is confronted with all these problems
after recovery.
But for now, for this buyer: start a PayPal dispute if paid by PayPal.
