| The buying priviledge of a buyer is revoked (who had also an order from me in
NPB status) and now, she has opened a new account and ordered from me.
What should I do?
In this case, does Bricklink allow the buyer to open a new account and basically
start over?

| Under the Problem Buyer tab there is an option to report duplicate accounts.
Do so and the new one will be merged with the old.

If you stoplisted the first account any feedback from the second account will
be removed after the merge.

If you stoplisted the first account any feedback from the second account will
be removed after the merge.

But I had not stoplist because the account was already banned and I had not seen
any reason to stoplist a banned account (and NPB was not yet completed)

But I had not stoplist because the account was already banned and I had not seen
any reason to stoplist a banned account (and NPB was not yet completed)

Go ahead and stoplist them anyway. Should work the same way. Admins are usually
quite good with realizing the issue and preventing problem buyers and unfair
feedback in these cases....unlike other selling sites.

Just realized she has actually 3 accounts; she requeted photos from her third
account.
Any idea currently, what portion of a year does it take for helpdesk to process
my merging requests and cancel the order?
