The color is Satin Bright Light Blue:

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?G=853993&name=2%20x%204%20Brick%20-%20Satin%20Bright%20Light%20Blue%20Key%20Chain&category=%5BKey%20Chain%5D#T=S&O={%22iconly%22:0}

Like Neon Orange & Neon Green, this color was not released in any part but was
released as a gear.

Thanks
Yoav

There is another color to consider to add to the color guide.
The color is Rose Gold:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?G=853793&name=2%20x%204%20Brick%20-%20Rose%20Gold%20Key%20Chain&category=%5BKey%20Chain%5D#T=S&O={%22iconly%22:0}

This case is the same of Satin Bright Light Blue.
Thanks,
Yoav

I would actually call those Opal, not Satin. It's the same as the color blended
into this part:

Part No: 34697pb01 Name: Mini Doll, Hair Short Bangs and 2 Short Pigtails with Iridescent Coating Pattern
*
34697pb01 Mini Doll, Hair Short Bangs and 2 Short Pigtails with Iridescent Coating Pattern
Parts: Mini Doll, Hair

The difference is in the level of iridescence. The "Satin" colors merely shift
between two shades when moved under light. The "Opal" colors show a broad spectrum
of iridescence, similar to the rainbow effect of a spot of oil on asphalt after
it rains.

Thank you for your answer. So I guess this color in BL is Bright Light Blue.
What about the Rose Gold? I think it's a Chrome color.
Can you consider to add this color to the color guide?

Yoav
