Can't see the black 4276, but considering the timeline and the fact that
this set was in production 1986-1990, I will approve adding both 4275 and 4276
with hollow studs as alternate.

This request was submitted before 4275 and 4276 were made undetermined types
and 4275b and 4276b were added, so I will have to change both after approval.
