* Delete 1 Part 2361px1 Green Baseplate, Road 32 x 32 7-Stud Crossroads with Runway 'V' Wide Pattern
* Add 1 Part 2361px2 Green Baseplate, Road 32 x 32 7-Stud Crossroads with Runway 'V' Narrow Pattern

The wide runway baseplates currently contained in this inventory were only released in 1994 with Century Skyway. As this set was released in 1990, it can't include parts not released yet. So this set must contain the narrow runway, as released in International Jetport from 1990.
Also, the T-junction is narrow in the current inventory wheras the + is wide version, so it's not accurate to have the + crossing with a wide pattern.
Moreover, the inventory have been last updated in 2004, and the inventory confirmation is not based on a sealed set, it's only based on the current _vague_ picture of the set.

Here are images of a sealed set. You are right.
