Comments from Submitter:
No disrespect at all to Paul. Some of these I got a few less extras than he did and some I got a few more and I believe the catalog should reflect the maximum. I double counted all of these carefully and the numbers are HIGH.

Whatver process was used to pck these Lego art sets must have led to a bigger
variation in extras than in other sets.I parted out some sets and found significant
differences in quantities of extras between them. Maybe we should add a note
to the inventories for these sets.

I added one for 31199 and 31200. I don't have 31197 but I expect similar
variations in that set.

I have only one, but I expect that the note should be there just for good measure.
When I did the download, I expect 1 of each of perhaps 5 of each since there
were so many. Something orderly like that. But they were actually very chaotic.

Maybe they put some extras deliberately, in case someone puts the wrong one here
or there, then you have more available and don't have to look for it. And
then there are the extras of the weight machine that packs the bags.

The dots are in different bags with different sealers than a normal Lego set.
They might be from a different sort of facility.
