* Add 1 Part 4265c Light Gray Technic, Bush 1/2 Smooth (Extra)
* Change {4 to 2} Part Black x88 Rubber Band Small (Square Cross Section)
* Change {3 to 2} Part Dark Gray 32002 Technic, Pin 3/4
* Change {5 to 4} Part Light Gray 3713 Technic, Bush
* Change {5 to 4} Part Light Gray 4265c Technic, Bush 1/2 Smooth

The box says all over it that there are 100 pieces in the set, so we have 5 unidentified extras.
In the case of x88, 32002, and 3713, I am changing the main section to match the maximum amount you need to build one of the models in the book. In the case of 4265c, you only need 2 to build the models in the book, but I only felt like splitting off one, since it gets us the part count.
