I bought this set in 3 exemplars. The first one, bought in march 2020, had 4 black "33299 Technic, Liftarm 1 x 3 with 2 Axle Holes and Pin / Crank". The two other, bought in July 2020, had both 4 black "61408 Technic, Liftarm 1 x 3 with 2 Axle Holes and Pin /Crank with Squared Pin Hole".
