| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Delete 2 Part 4073 Trans-Yellow Plate, Round 1 x 1
* Add 1 Part 4073c01 Trans-Yellow Plate, Round 1 x 1, 2 on Sprue
* Delete 1 Part 4073 Yellow Plate, Round 1 x 1 (Extra)
* Delete 1 Part 4073 Yellow Plate, Round 1 x 1 (Extra)
* Add 1 Part 4073c01 Yellow Plate, Round 1 x 1, 2 on Sprue

I did these steps:
1)I clicked on "Fill out an Inventory Change Request"
2) I entered "3" for "Number of Entries:"
3) While filling-out the rows, I realized I needed more rows. So I added two
extra rows.
4) I submitted. On the next page, I saw I had done a mistake. So I clicked on
"Go back" instead of "Submit request".
5) This time, there were only the first three rows and the last two rows
were not any more there. (so I had to add again two rows and complete them)

The date stamp is 4859 (48th week, 1989)
Two yellows round plates 4073 were used in one of the alternate models shown
on the back of the box.
