You get an A for effort, but there's no way anyone is going to start those
videos and jump to the specified time in all of them. It appears that you're
viewing the minifig world through YouTube goggles. Are you an animator?

No. The point was to show the lower part of the head, which in most instances
is obscured by the bandana.
I don't care if you look at the videos. I screen grabbed the moments and
attached.
Linking to the source files is something called "attribution."

I don't consider the original source for the inventory of the figure to have
been reliable at all. I'm sure we carried these parts over from other websites
and I have no problem with updating things.
I believe in this case we'd need to mark the current figure for deletion
and add a new one. Then the inventories of six sets would need to be updated.
We should probably have a better understanding of the heads and figures on the
market right now, though, and where they came from. What has worked well in
the past is contacting sellers and asking them about their items for sale. Would
you be willing to do this?

If there was a stubble-less head, then which sets would it belong to?
Oh, well. We can all ignore it and then someone else bring up the question again

This is not ignoring it:

I will paraphrase what I said in that message:
If it's wrong, then let's fix it. But first, let's make sure it's
wrong by asking some sellers who claim to have the no-stubble head and figure
for sale.

The existence of non-stubble heads would not necessarily indicate that they are
an actual variant. Since all official materials (boxes, instructions, catalogues,
etc) show this head with stubble, the non-stubble versions are probably
just common misprints.

That head is OLD. The stubble could have just rubbed off.

Possibly, but it seems unlikely that just the stubble would be affected.
Age/wear would be visible across the entire print.

FWIW...
I have 10 used heads.
All have strong bold color on the hair and mustache.
Without the help of a magnifying glass, and then a camera, I would have thought
5 had no stubble.
My shop is closed, but I did list some Bandit 4s and some Bandit 1s and noted
in the description the inconsistency of the stubble boldness and also noted the
rest of the head is normal boldness.
The ones on the left I couldn't see the stubble with my (aging, glasses wearing)
bare eyes, but using the camera stubble can be seen.
I'm posting this to show that the boldness of the stubble varies while the
rest of the face does not. I don't know if this helps.

Sorry, didn't realize it was an attempt at humor. I've been getting
some occasionally unfriendly feedback of late and thus I've tended to assume
things are criticism unless stated otherwise.
It's funny . . . people complain about bitter, unresponsive administrators
and never think to question how that happens.

Nope. Not a criticism.
This also not a (negative) criticism. An observation:
I am concerned that you can't maintain the frenzied pace you've set for
yourself these last couple months, though. It's ambitious and admirable.
But, hell, I'm exhausted from just watching you do all this stuff.

Ok - Someone dragged me into this, since I have 49 of them in my inventory...
And I never appreciated the difference - I just went with whatever the inventory
reflected.
They all have stubble - some are certainly darker than others - as is with all
LEGO printing - possibly that's also due to age of the printing die. Or
possible it reflects how long Bandit 1 had gone without shaving for each version
of him.
My inventory came from all the western sets which had the head, except the reprinting
in 2002 of Fort Legoredo 6762.
You gents can modify the part catalogue as you see fit, but I recommend just
consolidating into one entry with a good pic which reflects the stubble. That'd
be easiest, but there may be some process issues with that. Message me if you
need anything further.
