Your inventory lists 8 plus 2 extras. I have 8 plus 3 extras

I have no problem with your request with its essential and I beleive that you
could have three of them as an extra. Extras are just extras some have more some
have less of these parts in different copies of set. But your request is wrongly
submitted from formal point of view. If you want to add extra to already listed
one you should just change quantity of it not add it as new part entry with quantity
1 to the inventory. If I would approved it then in extras section we would have
this part entry doubled with quantity two and quantity one. For properly constructed
such request you must use in form "C" as change and find in inventory "Inv Item
IDs", check first on the bottom of this inventory, you will find how to shows
them (first attached screenshot), they will appear in left side column beside
each part (second attached screenshot).
So then knowing this numer type it to the form, four boxes are used in this case:
1) Action - C (as Change)
2) Inv Item ID - number beside the part you want to change from the inventory
(this number of which I wrote above)
3) Qty - type new quantity of this part
4) Type - Extra (as you changing extra part) if you would leave it regular, part
would be moved then to regular section.
I see from your history of contibutions that you only added missing extras to
inventories So time to learn how to do it when particular extra exists in
inventory but quantity is wrong. I will reject this request please resubmit it
correctly then.
